Keeping your body fueled

One of the worst ways to lose weight is to skip meals. The general consensus is that “if I eat less, I will lose more weight!”, but this is not a true statement at all. When you skip meals, your body will go into starvation mode and you will actually hold on to fat.

Treat your body as well as you would your car. You must keep it fueled, and food is your fuel (good sources of food, that is)!
